Crystals and thin films of normal and chalcogenide diluted magnetic semiconductors and oxides: technology, magnetic, kinetic, optical and photoelectric properties, production of devices, based on these semiconductors, for application in electronics, optoelectronics, spintronics, solar energy and light-emitting structures.

The methods used
Methods of growing bulk crystals and thin films: method of Bridgman, Czochralski method, the method of magnetron sputtering with DC method for electron-beam evaporation in vacuum, thermal evaporation method, spraying method, followed by pyrolysis, RF magnetron sputtering method.

Methods for the analysis of bulk crystals, thin films and heterojunctions based on them: current-voltage characteristics, capacitance-voltage characteristics, impedance spectroscopy, transmittance and reflectance, photoluminescent, apparent quantum efficiency, magnetic susceptibility, and others.
